Adjustments

If you are not happy with your hair, please contact Amanda and she will be happy to make a small adjustment within 1 week of your appointment

Cancellation

I get it life happens and you need to cancel your appointment. I am just as bummed as you are. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment Amanda honors a firm 48 hour policy. Any cancellations made 48 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of their service to the card on file.

No Show

Not showing up to your appointment isn’t kind. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your reserved card will be charged the amount of the service you are booked for and will not be able to appointments.

Confirmation Message

You will receive a text message when your appointment is booked and a few days prior to your appointment, if you need to cancel your appointment, please allow proper notice to avoid cancellation fee.
