I get it life happens and sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. I’m just as bummed as you are. In the event that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, I honor a firm 24 hour notice policy. All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. Cancellations made on the same day (within 24 hours) you forfeit your $50 deposit, due to the fact that I cannot guarantee the ability to fill your appointment. If you call to move your appointment within 24 hour notice due to an emergency, your $50 deposit can be transferred, ONCE. In the event you call to move your appointment/cancel again you forfeit your $50 deposit, and in order to book another appointment you will need to leave another $50 deposit.
